Husband of CBY member Patricia Nelkin Father of Lane Nelkin (Dora Hecker), and Libby Mintz (Andrew) Brother of CBY member Rae Uzick (Max), CBY member Leon Nelkin (Renata), and Tina Nelkin (Glynda Robbins)
A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, December 18, 2022 at 12:30 PM Congregation Beth Israel.
